India: A land of diversity

Poverty-wealth, colorful, landscape that impresses, Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Christianity

Another culture, another language, other habits and customs. But the same God who rules and draws people to himself.

There has been a fine connection from our ministry to India for a good 50 years. Over the years, the relationship has intensified and expanded. Above all through the unity of faith.

In northern India, one of our brothers in the faith celebrated church services, initially all alone (!). Gradually, neighbors came along, they became curious and wanted to learn more about Jesus.  That is how the Mother Church came into being. More than 20 churches have began up there in recent years. God is faithful and keeps his word.

Together and with trust in God many projects got started. People have converted to Jesus, church continues to grow.

At the beginning of each year, a short-term Bible School is held in North India. A prayer request.

Various educational and missionary trips to India have also taken place. The focus of these trips is: to broaden one's own horizons; to learn how God is building his kingdom in India; to serve one another; to experience fellowship with local Christians, to pray with and for one another, to gain insight into another culture...
